2. Eligibility & Registration

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant RegentFields a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, and display your content on the Platform
- Modify and adapt content for technical purposes
- Distribute content through the Platform
- Use content for marketing and promotional purposes
9. Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGENTFIELDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Exclusions
RegentFields is not liable for:
- Investment losses or poor performance
- Property condition or valuation issues
- User disputes or transaction failures
- Third-party actions or services
- Force majeure events
- Technical issues beyond our control
Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of:
- The amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months, or
- $100 USD
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA
Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action:
- Notify us in writing of the dispute
- Attempt informal resolution for 60 days
- If unresolved, proceed to mediation
- If mediation fails, proceed to arbitration
Arbitration Agreement
You agree to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
